Super lemak. Lots of things inside, including taukwa for protein.
Super yummy, there's no egg in this dish which makes it even more amazing. The batter is crispy throughout, the seaweed gives it an ocean tang that somehow reminds you of the usual oyster omelette.
Soup was really tasty, infused with the taste of basil. There were two thin slices of fried tofu which is all the protein there is. There was a good serving of broccoli, cauliflower and lady's fingers.
The gravy was savoury and fragrant with the spices and herbs added in. The chilli gave the dish just a little kick that complemented the broth. Very yummy and will definitely have this again.
Pleasantly surprised at this dish, the tangy sauce complemented the yam noodles well. It was certainly a pretty dish that tasted good. The portion of asparagus was small though. Nutrition wise this doesn't have much protein.
Very tasty, the vegetables are stewed and braised well.
This is a vegan version of the Chinese dish 猪脚醋. There is no pork in it of course. The broth is vinegary sweet, as good as any I've tried. The protein in this dish is kidney beans, beancurd skin, and seitan. There's plenty more
