Still raving about this 🥔 potato 🥔 dish at Cheng Du!

Soooo crispy and perfectly seasoned - packs some heat in terms of spiciness 🧏🏻‍♀️🔥 Even though the items are not specifically labelled as #vegan, there are quite a few #veganized dishes! We referred to the abillion page to order 🥰 200% will return to ChengDu!

Carbs will always be my best friend, and I can never say no to #potatoes — summary of my life.🙅🏼‍♀️

This was a really addicting appetiser. I liked the slight spice kick in too!

The most anticipated dish sure took it’s time getting to the table… 🙄 While all

of the food was so good, the service was undeniably slow 😓 With all the waiting, the astonishing aroma was almost hypnotising when it arrived at the table 😵‍💫

It legitimately felt like I tasted via smell first 🤤 I nose-tasted the #spicy #sweetandsalty #umami all in an instant 🤩 Biting into the seasoning’s generous dusting with the perfectly medium-thick crust’s crisp 💥 was just amazing on top of the concentrated flavour I already nose-tasted 💯 The #aromatic sensations this did for me 🤪 Mouth-tasting it felt like I died and came back to life so I could rave about it in this review 🥹

For a top rated dish by abillion from a top rated restaurant (also, by abillion)… $12.80 makes some sense...

Each potato morsel was covered in a flavourful, mildly spicy mix that had a strong

note of cumin. I wish the inside was slightly more seasoned, but the delightful presentation more than made up for it. #veganisnotscary
