Review of 叫花土豆 Fried Mini Potatoes at 成都Chengdu by vikas

This is definitely one of my favorite dishes in Singapore lately! I know it’s not good for you but hey nothing wrong with sharing a plate of these with friends. Best way to describe them is Sichuan tater tots. Perfectly crisp on the outside and tender inside and so damn flavorful!

Seriously when you can eat Chinese food this good it makes me wonder why people even bother with meat!
