Vegan Protein Bowl

Nothing better than cheating just a little bit when you’re eating healthy and

this bowl of vegan deliciousness does just that for me.

Everything is perfect, from the sesame coated edamame, to the spicy bulgur, herbed sweet potatoes, and of course the panko crusted tofu!

ensalada con hummus de beterrega, unas papas picantes, Tofu tipo tempura, guacamole, quinoa y choclo 😬 y todo delicioso.

Ever since circuit breaker I’ve been craving their cajun spiced tofu, it’s really *that*

good. Back at the office today and caught lunch with the rest at Avorush.

I usually get their build-your-own bowl with spicy bulgur as the base, because it’s fun customising, plus they have many colourful ingredients, like the beetroot...

There's just something about having lunch at Avorush with my colleagues at @abillionveg when

the weather's gloomy that makes the perfect trifecta. I get the large bowl these days to fill me up - the sweet potatoes and cajun spiced tofu are the star of this dish with the beetroot hummus and guacamole playing support roles to bind the dish together.

I do blame @priyangav for bringing the rain 🌧️ though

Unique ingredients, unique flavour.

Probably the best salad place in Singapore! I was feeling extra hungry so I got the large bowl with two bases - spicy bulgur and sweet potato, cajun spiced tofu for the protein, grilled zucchini, carrots, avo on the side with some beetroot hummus to top it off.
