Found this at the Everyday Vegan Grocer and thought I’d give it a shot without really expecting too much. Was pleasantly surprised by how flavourful this spread was. A (thick) layer on warm sourdough toast with hot coffee = bliss.

Chanced upon this ice cream sandwich by (happy) accident and am very glad I did! As you can see, this was a pretty generous serving, but it never felt overwhelmingly sweet. Definitely will be going back for seconds and thirds!

I really love how they managed to capture the richness of a white cold brew here. The coffee comes through, but the winner is the texture and the mouthfeel. They achieved the perfect creaminess. #veganin2020
