Vegan Double Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich

Friday’s ice cream in the office from @vikas ! The cookie was a little sweet but the ice cream was really rich and creamy! I’ll have to try their other flavours next time.

Chanced upon this ice cream sandwich by (happy) accident and am very glad I did! As you can see, this was a pretty generous serving, but it never felt overwhelmingly sweet. Definitely will be going back for seconds and thirds!
