Love Soicoco’s coconut pudding! It’s made of coconut milk pudding and coconut jelly. They provide organic gula melaka as a topping as well. It’s refreshing and not too sweet (amount of topping can be to taste). Got some during their annual sale and will be buying again next time.

Not so easy to get your hands on this. It’s always sold out and delivery is expensive, so I end up buying bulk and giving it to my friends. But it’s soooo worth it. It’s coconut milk, coconut water and coconut flesh all put together with organic gula melaka #veganheaven #coconutlover
This was a surprise gift from a friend, and I was pleasantly surprised by how natural it tasted. The pudding itself is light and refreshing, with chunks of coconut flesh, coconut jelly that isn’t too sweet, and a deliciously coconut creme layer.
