Great to see healthy vegan instant ramen which has only 347kcal per serving and little fat content (2.2g!). Super easy to prepare and noodles are non-fried and have good texture when cook.
BUT... the soup is missing so many more
We tried "Kaze" Matcha latte with oatly, with less sugar. Matcha flavor was nice and strong, we loved it so much!
We expected to see the Matcha layer you see on the surface even inside but surprise! Inside was filled with bland white whipped cream which was just sweet. I would describe the experience of this cream inside as "empty calories" more
I've tried many plant protein powder but this brand is my favorite so far. Creamy chocolate and vanilla toffee flavors are great - without too much of the typical artificial flavor and aftertaste. I add a bit of soy milk more
Over the years I noticed Mayo tastes different from country to country. If you're used to what Japanese mayo tastes like and went vegan, this product will give you the exact same flavor as the regular mayo you used to have! I love it!
A Japanese store in Singapore started to sell this soy meat from a famous Japanese brand! Yay! You need to thoroughly remove the smell before cooking but if you do, the result is amazing. I used this in Japanese Curry and more
First time seeing Kinako flavor plant-based protein here in Singapore, I had to try it. Unfortunately though, I didn't like the artificial flavor (pls don't say Kinako if you don't manage to make it taste like it:P) and more
Perfect for your quick lunch, this vegan Ramen has 2 servings in one package and cook in 3 mins. Though I would say this didn't taste like Ramen (I think the ginger and black sugar in the soup added unique flavor not common more
Texture was nice and smooth. Overall flavor was good but a bit too sweet and I didn't find it special - wouldn't try again
I like this dish because they use brown rice and variety of veggies in the risotto. A little too salty to my taste.
