thing about this was the taste of the sauce. It is very strong, very salty and rich. You don't need a lot of it on the noodles at all. The noodles themselves were a little chewy for my liking. The biggest downfall of this product is the price. I would in no way pay the RRP of this. There's only two portions in a box. I understand it is an organic product but it is hard to justify what you get for the price.

fat content (2.2g!). Super easy to prepare and noodles are non-fried and have good texture when cook.
BUT... the soup is missing so many elements that I wouldn't call this ramen soup. No depth, no umami, no complexity. When I tried the soup I thought it's just pure soy sauce and looked at the list of ingredients to check.
I managed to improve the flavor by adding this and that and topped with veggies and Kimchi. But hey manufacturer, you can spend a little more time in R&D to make ramen ramen🙏
