This was very flavourful and has a strong umami taste, that keeps you digging for

more after each mouthful. They have managed to use kombu broth to add sweetness to the rice, resembling that of seafood. All in all a very good dish with great flavours without the use of dairy!

Tasty and comforting dish. Reminds me of a vegan paella


I like this dish because they use brown rice and variety of veggies in the

risotto. A little too salty to my taste.
