Vegan xiaolongbao is hard to come by, so I was delighted that #Impossible 'pork' was available as an alternative to minced pork! The taste was great, though I did wish there was slightly more broth inside the steamed Shanghai dumplings. 🍲 Served with shredded ginger vinegar dipping sauce; my partner was very amused creating different ginger hairstyles for the baos ahaha. 🫚 ($8.80 for 4 pieces) #sgvegan #veganoptions #chinesefood #dimsum
