Cuscús Con Verduras at Tasca El Muelle Viejo - Restaurante Garachico — Daniel's Review (Apr 14, 2024)

Wow, this was the most original #couscous I think I have ever had! The finely chopped veggies in this dish included #redpepper, #eggplant, #onion and #greenpeppers, but the couscous was then drenched in a mixture of soy sauce and #palmhoney from neighboring La Palma island. The salty-sweet mixture was genious, and the garnish of #sprouts added a refreshing crunch. The hubby shared this and it filled us very capably! Fairly priced at 10,50€.

Reservations are recommended at this bustling, friendly (and tiny!) eatery. The views of our table were out to one of the original streets in this village that has previously been awarded as one of the prettiest in Spain.
