Not sure how you make beans from a can taste so bad! They looked like they’d been reheated several times over and dried out.

Common Ground has a good selection of vegan cakes. This #pistachio bun looked very nice with its nutty, green topping. The bun was a bit on the dry side and really needed the creaminess of the pistachio.

It’s not a mind-blowing dish, but it has got the spice hit.

This variation on the usual oily, deep fried #samosa was very nice - a short crust pastry packed with potato and peas and infused with cinnamon. It’s accompanied by tamarind sauce.
