Yummy side salad for a sushi place! Got some fresh lettuce with cucumber, grapes, apple, sesame seeds and vegan mayo. It surprisingly worked very well!
Yum! Here the overcooked rice somehow worked well haha. It’s nori as a wrapper, filled with a layer of rice topped with cucumber, vegan mayo, carrots and tempura enoki mushrooms. It was very delicious!
More sushi! Gunkan is basically a rice sphere mantled with nori seaweed and topped with fresh ingredients. In this case we have baby edamame, wakame and vegan meat floss on top! Delicious but again - rice overcooked.
All vegan sushi place! Loved the presentation and the taste but when I visited the sushi rice was way overcooked and super mushy - a shame for a sushi place haha. Nevertheless it was tasty!

A soy based broth flavored with ginger meets tomatoes, tofu and vermicelli. Comes with three salad leaves, fried mushrooms and fried eggplant (both not pictured cause I forgot lol). The broth was flavorful but I did add more
Delicious take on sushi. Wrapped in not just nori sheets but also a type of rice paper wrap. No rice inside but just fresh veggies. Came with a delicious dip. Got it delivered and replated it at home.
