This was my first ‘conscious’ plant-based meal that I had when I transitioned to veganism back in the Summer of 2018. I had this “Classic Burger” made up of a Tempeh-Lentil-Chia-Walnut patty, Sweet potato fries and an Iced americano. 🍔 🍟 🥤
I really love the ethos of by CHLOE. who are bringing sustainable fast food to the masses! I visited their Covent Garden branch in London but as far as i’m aware, they have multiple locations across London, USA and Canada so definitely check out a branch if you’re able to and have one nearby! (They have quite a few branches near you @kimibun in NYC) 🗺 😎

In Germany we are getting one stricter lockdown after the other... 😏🙄😞 All stores, restaurants, museums ... etc. have been closed since December 16, and there is no end in sight, the lockdown is only being extended... 🙄🤦it's no "fun" anymore !! ...and the vaccinations are not going well. Here only all residents of nursing homes are vaccinated, nursing staff in nursing homes for the elderlies, and we other employees from nursing homes... Better overthing your wish to come over to Germany... 😕 it wouldn't be any joy or a pleasure to be here at moment..., maybe next year 🤔😑😏 hopefully 🤔🤞?! After easter the vaccination of all teachers in schools is only started... "we" are slowly like snails here (and not enough vaccine 🙄🤦)1 likeReply
