Pho rice noodles in vegan broth with fried tofu, enoki mushrooms, lady's finger, broccoli, cauliflower, bok choy, and carrot. No mock meat. A healthy dish with lots of blanched vegetables that were naturally slightly sweet and thankfully not too hard or undercooked. Served with nutty savoury sesame seed puffed rice cracker on a bed of raw beansprouts - not sure why raw beansprouts were served, as they didn't taste pleasant and thereafter I also found out that it might not be safe to consume raw beansprouts haha. Would have preferred some kind of papaya salad or cabbage slaw instead. (Allium-free, $10.90) #sgvegan
Lots of veg in the soup... cauliflower, okra, bok choy, enoki mushroom, carrot.. more like a yong tau foo soup noodle than viet pho! Love the crispy rice cracker on the side more than the main.. so good! $10.90++
It's hard to find many good Viet places and this definitely made it into the list! Broth is just right, not oily, noodles were done well. Am returning again for sure.
Soup was really tasty, infused with the taste of basil. There were two thin slices of fried tofu which is all the protein there is. There was a good serving of broccoli, cauliflower and lady's fingers.
Non spicy pho. Serves with broad rice noodles. This broth is very flavorful. Lots of vegetables and tofu. There’s rice cracker, basil leaves, lime, red chili and bean sprouts. You can add in the soup as you please. This is not a fully vegan / vegetarian restaurant. Vegan items are labeled clearly in their menu, do enquire the staff if unsure.
