Vegan Pho at Paper Rice Vietnamese Kitchen — The Green Bovine Universe's Review (Feb 6, 2020)

Non spicy pho. Serves with broad rice noodles. This broth is very flavorful. Lots of vegetables and tofu. There’s rice cracker, basil leaves, lime, red chili and bean sprouts. You can add in the soup as you please. This is not a fully vegan / vegetarian restaurant. Vegan items are labeled clearly in their menu, do enquire the staff if unsure.
