Very clean ingredients. The dish has

lots of texture. There are nice big pieces of sweet potato, chickpeas & kale in a lemony-tahini based sauce.

Love that the company is involved with growing the ingredients that they use in their meals!

While Tattooed Chef’s Buddha Bowl is full of good things like sweet potato, chili coated

chickpeas, riced cauliflower & tahini, I found it to have a pronounced bitter aftertaste. While I won’t repurchase this item, I look forward to trying other offerings from this new-ish vegan food brand. #veganisnotscary
