With purple fruit ice cream sorbet. These were bomb and lnfc original
Basically everything on the menu is nice. Just realised staff there are all volunteers. Happy to support for good cause.
Delicious tarts! The base is crunchy and has a layer of cashew-based chocolate ice-cream on top. The fruits complemented it so well. Lovely snack after a meal!
Love the idea of using homemade chocolate ice cream as the tarts’ filling, which isn’t too sweet. . The crust isn’t too think, isn’t too dry and it’s pretty crunchy. . Mainly the sweetness comes from the fruits, especially longan, which gives it a natural flavour. . . #tarts #sgtarts #fruits #vegandessert #dessert #sgdessert #sgdesserts #vegan #veganisnotscary #veganboy #veganboys
Their newest dessert creation! Would recommend trying it as vegan fruit tarts are hardly available in Singapore. The crust is quite nice and crumbly, made using a mix of almond flour, bread flour, and cake flour. Filled with Oatside oat mylk ice cream instead of conventional custard, and topped with assorted fresh fruits such as berries and longan. Sorry one of the longans aciddentally rolled away in my second pic LOL. ($8 / 4 pieces, $2.50 / 1 piece) (Btw saw in the menu that you can also get the ice cream tarts without fruit toppings, but the presentation and texture/flavour complexity probably won't be as good. $6 / 4 pieces, $2 / 1 piece)
