The tofu is grilled perfectly and it’s covered in a spicy buffalo sauce the rest of the bowl consists of avocado ,carrots ,sunflower seeds ,a creamy green dressing ,croutons ( a gluten-free option is also available ) and cabbage. I Love that they give you lots and lots of tofu unlike some places that give you like two small pieces. I am posting this because we need to keep places like Orchard Grocer in business. #saveveganrestaurants
of that! Other than that, this salad is delicious. It’s filled with greens, Buffalo tofu, shredded red cabbage and carrots, avocado and spicy sunflower seeds with a cashew herb ranch dressing.
with a spicy sauce and the green dressing stuff is delicious. The only problem I have is that I ordered gluten-free croutons and they were hard as a rock and very hard to chew other than that this is a 100 out of 100 salad
