Yummy and definitely deliciousness. Such a great salad. I love that the tofu is prepared with a spicy sauce and the green dressing stuff is delicious. The only problem I have is that I ordered gluten-free croutons and they were hard as a rock and very hard to chew other than that this is a 100 out of 100 salad
