Fully vegan deli, no modifications needed! Buffalo tofu/ seeds are pretty spicy so take note of that! Other than that, this salad is delicious. It’s filled with greens, Buffalo tofu, shredded red cabbage and carrots, avocado and spicy sunflower seeds with a cashew herb ranch dressing.
