Mexican-inspired fusion nori sushi! Layered with a dollop of mashed avocado, tomato salsa, and crushed
tortilla chips. Drizzled in balsamic vinegar glaze, which I personally didn't like as it made the overall dish sour as if the guacamole had gone bad. Would have preferred more salsa and also some other dressing like a cashew cheese sauce. Rice was coated in white sesame seeds. Choice of brown rice or white rice available for all sushi! Served with wasabi soy sauce. Definitely not authentic sushi; would view it as a light and clean rice roll, since they focus on only natural ingredients, and use olive oil and Pansalt without MSG or refined sugar. If u got dietary restrictions this restaurant will be best for u. This is
dish is displayed very raw natural form of food. As I too used to heavily seasoning, this became very blandness for me. Hence is not for me sadly.
