Such a refreshing salad, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely mix of apples, tomatoes, potatoes, walnuts and the mustard dressing. Beautiful combinations of flavours. A great dish for sharesies (you dont have to of course). The Beet hummus was thick and creamy and so tasty, and topped with a generous serving of seeds and nuts, which we absolutely loved. A winner. You get a nice selection of veggies, tofu, mushrooms and nuts, a medley indeed cooked in their house-made mala paste. The flavours were beautiful. I loved the broccoli and tofu and theshrooms. We just had the veggies on its own, it was already so lovely. But you can certainly get add on noodles or potatoes if you like.
