
Ok seriously this might be my new favorite dish I’m craving in Singapore and I just had it last night. I cannot get this out of my mind! I pretty much love anything lotus root especially when it’s crispy and spicy, drenched in Sichuan heat. This dish brings together sliced potatoes, lotus root, Sichuan style chewy tofu strips and a whole lot of peppers and black pepper. I’m in love ❤️❤️❤️
This is distinctly average, much better dishes on the menu. The cumin is externally overpowering, it’s really all you can taste. Veggies are cooked nicely though, still crunchy lotus root
Love the cumin spices on this dish! I especially liked the potatoes and the oyster mushrooms :>
This was an interesting dish to say the least - it was heavily seasoned with cumin which was quite different too all the chilli rich dishes we ordered along side it #veganuary
This was really delicious! My favourite dish there of the three I have tried. It was savoury and everything was well grilled(?)/pan fried(?), such that it was soaked with flavour. Yummy!
