Review of Hot Plate Potatoes and Lotus Roots at Old Chengdu Sichuan Cuisine by fourdollars

This was really delicious! My favourite dish there of the three I have tried. It was savoury and everything was well grilled(?)/pan fried(?), such that it was soaked with flavour. Yummy!
