So anyone who knows me has had the distinctly unpleasant pleasure of listening to me go off on California and it’s flavorless food. The state is gorgeous, the flora and fauna is mind boggling, but these muhfuqqas are hostile more
Basically, Kite Hill knocks a vegan tzatziki out the park. It’s a little heavy on the dill, but the consistency of it is whipped perfectly and makes a nice plate for falafel, salads, chopped tomatoes & olives, and scarfing more
