I was shocked when I discovered this pesto - a flavor packed and rich recipe bursting with concentrated tomato summer flavors.. There’s something magical about the roasting of tomatoes, or peppers, garlic.. for a recipe that will reach it’s peak of flavor through the intensifying process that only comes through veggies getting flame and ember licked over time.. a carmelizing of every ounce of juiciness and substance. A process that is like the sunshine declaring itself to your eyeballs over a private expanse.., the stuff of magic. That’s this pesto. Tomato bruharia… burgundy magic… Yum! I just saved a pizza with this stuff!

So good with the Whole Foods brand vegan meatballs on this pan toasted bagel. 🥯 🌿 🌱 🍝 🍅 it was $3.99 and I saved $0.10 bringing my own bag. I recommend this sauce as it is soooo good.
This little jar sat in my cupboard for a LONG time! I bought it on a whim and tucked it away. I had no idea what I was missing!!!! Hidden in the shadows-forgotten behind the balsamic vinegar was a bit of Heaven. So convenient & versatile! It has a super light whipped almost fluffy texture that is so good! It’s a tangy tomato explosion on the tongue with just enough basil 🍅🌿 😋 #veganisnotscary
