Was very pleasantly surprised by this one. Super yummy! There is a subtle coconut flavor but very subtle and I actually enjoy it. Consistency is very good! Smooth and creamy. Only thing I could ask for to make it better would be the size! This would be so yummy with some strawberries, or blueberries! A really good caramel would do well also. Yummy!

Yummmmm!!! This has been the best cheese alternative by far. It melts insanely good and has such a great flavor. Not too salty either which I enjoyed. Will buy again!

Made some vegan Quesabirria tacos tonight using jackfruit (for the very first time) and tried out the Violife Colby Jack Shreds! Everything turned out amazing

I bought some canned jackfruit from Whole Foods and tried it out for the tacos and was incredibly surprised at how easy it was to make, on top of how incredibly real the jackfruit turned out as an alternative meat!! 
This is definitely going on my list of regular vegan recipes to make for sure!!

I used to smoke. A lot. Haha 😅 but I haven’t in years and I occasionally like to partake in edibles. These are super yummy! And I’m pretty sensitive so if I eat a full one I pretty much lay down, put on a movie, and crash out. These give me pretty hard core munchies too, so if you’re looking to NOT gain 10 pounds in one night, (at least it feels that way), just be aware :p
I usually cut them (or bite them) in half.

Really loved this brand and flavor. Haha sorta reminded me of Cheetos flavor wise…but not complaining. I used it in a vegan macaroni salad and it tasted really great. I was really exited to try this brand since I saw so many good reviews on it! And perhaps I used it in a way that just wasn’t possible to achieve (I was making bacon bits), but it turned out AWFUL. It smelled good, looked great. I did a test cook with one strip and the texture was just so off. It tasted nothing like bacon. And when I chopped up the bacon to cook in the pan, they all gummed up together. It turned into this strange gummy “food” and was super off putting. I had to go to the store to find something else :p
