This vegan bacon is good. Easy to fry up. You can fry it 'till it's
crispy or a little less. If you crisp it up you can cut it into pieces for a salad too.

This is a great bacon alternative! It tastes best when you are able to crisp
it. I do find it hard to pull apart and I end up with small pieces, which makes it difficult to cook evenly.
