These VioLife Just Like Colby Jack Shreds were my first time trying any sort of

blended cheeze other than plain mozzarella/cheddar and they’ve been my favorite shredded cheeze since! The flavor is nice and tastes kinda like their cheddar slices while the texture is also really great, melting nicely in the microwave (for some reason I’ve found that vegan cheezes do not like the oven/getting broiled?)! 🧀 #veganisnotscary

I was excited to try this is a quesadilla because I remember using that kind

My local #costco is carrying violife again and actually had both the cheddar and colt

jack. It’s a huge bag and it freezes well so I freeze most of it and put some in the fridge a little at a time. It’s great on whatever you want shredded cheese on, I made tacos and it was excellent. #veganisnotscary

Truly the best vegan cheese brand there is, the Colby Jack shreds did not disappoint!

They taste really similar to the actual type of cheese, a nice mix of cheddar and mozzarella. To this day this is the only brand that tastes good to me raw and uncooked. Plus, the melting is fantastic.
