Lemon Sea Salt Crumble Cake

Ooh I love this. I'm a fiend for lemon-inspired desserts and I love how the salt is genuinely threaded through every mouthful of this cake and not just an afterthought.

Flavour is v nice. However, I find wellsmoocht’s cakes to be more on the dense and moist side and not fluffy enough.

Absolutely love this lemon cake. The sea salt crumbles on it is just amazing. I wish I don't love it so much so I can reduce sugar in my diet. Hahahaha

introduced my friends to my favourite cake here and they were impressed hehe. my friend said the lemon cake was kinda average tasting, like a good and tangy lemon cake that isn’t too sweet, but nothing too special to her. but she said the crumble is what makes this cake a 10/10 because it’s just so buttery and crumbly and the salt just makes everything so good and complements the sweetness of the cake so well!!! will always recommend this to my friends hehe #veganuary
