Claypot sesame lion mane mushroom rice. Broccoli is fresh and crunchy. Lion mane mushrooms are chewy! But, it is a little oily.

Love the veggies (lady finger, brinjal, petai and long bean) being stir-fried with sambal sauce. Very appetizing!
