My favorite ingredient is the broccoli they add. Other greens too in addition to the mushroom. Tasty on top of all that

Taste good. Used to think it was a huge portion years ago, now managed to clean the bowl alone. Flavourful soup with yummy taste, though the prize has increased so much that it is a treat if i am visiting the area outside of peak meal hours. Seats are narrow and table close by and because the udon is very hot, one can’t wolf down and leave the place.
