Wow this was a fried rice that was deliciously flavourful without the same heaviness and oiliness that I associate with typical Chinese stir-fry. Unanimously voted with thumbs-up at the table!
The "soupy" (not thick or viscous) curry looks visually 🤤🤤 and was rich in flavour. Udon was chewy.
