Such a dope dish! Mr T defo pity the fools who make a beeline to the boarding gates without making a pit stop at this vegan ramen shop. Seriously. T’s make the best tantanmens in all of Tokyo! 🥹 The broth was amazing. Fragrant and nutty with a light tinge of chilli. Noodles were so fresh and springy. Vegan #chashu was amazing. So when arriving in Japan I instantly googled the nearest vegan ramen because I was so hungry after the flight. Turns out T's Tantan which everyone recommended at Toyko station also has an outlet in T2 at Narita airport. I literally ran there! I tried this more traditional style dish which has beancurd, mushroom, seaweed, lotus root, beansprouts and carrots. I really liked the soup but I dislike seaweed, a LOT so tried to make sure it didn't add any extra flavour to the already salty soup. Overall a good dish but personally not my favourite because of the seaweed flavour.

Quite simple but really yummy. Two pieces have fresh salad with a kind of mayo and the other two have the pieces of soy katsu in them. I am sure this is not the right way to eat them but I loved dipping them in my ramen! They are available on the breakfast and lunch menus and also available for takeaway. But the takeaway items come in plastic boxes which are wrapped in plastic wrap which is a bit annoying, but great for a desperate traveler who needs a snack for on the go! 😋
