I ordered a Sake Kasu Cheese Burger dinner set which came with 2 fried sides (I opted for Tofu nuggets and Fried soy meat) and a salad. What I liked: -The Tofu-mock meat nuggets which were crispy and addictive 👍🏻 -The salad dressing which was refreshing. -Cosy cafe vibes What I disliked: -The fried soy meat which was oily and had a strange "stiff dough" kind of texture. One of the poorest soy meat I've come across, actually. -A compulsory drink order for every customer, even if one had ordered a Main! I find this practice quite off-putting. Overall I found the burger somewhat forgettable. I like the concept of this store but I've no plans to return.
One of the fake cheese options. As I understand it, the cheese is made from the lees of sake and so the burger has a slight sake quality to it.
