10/10! Sooo good! Light and crispy and the taste excels. Perfect for pie making (mushroom
and leek with vegan mash - yum!).
Great to have in the freezer for desserts (Apple inside is great) and making pies
or sausage rolls. #alv
Love these pastry sheets. Not only were they super easy and convenient to use, they're
also light and crispy (i used an air fryer). I had used them to bake gigantic spinach and mushroom puffs as well as tofu vegetable quiche.
I combined 2 sheets for puffs and quiche to maintain the structure since a single sheet was sometimes too thin to hold my ingredients.
This is such a life saver, roll it up, glaze em with a bit of
vegan butter or mylk and pop it in the oven and bam! Croissants. I usually roll it up with some dark chocolate to make chocolate croissants
