Review of Puff Pastry - Borg’s by windgal
Love these pastry sheets. Not only were they super easy and convenient to use, they're also light and crispy (i used an air fryer). I had used them to bake gigantic spinach and mushroom puffs as well as tofu vegetable quiche.
I combined 2 sheets for puffs and quiche to maintain the structure since a single sheet was sometimes too thin to hold my ingredients.
