Great snack to crunch on 😋 lightly salted and not oily as the lotus seeds are vacuum fried hence the minimal usage of oil.

The sauce was similar to rendang sauce - flavourful, not too spicy. Love the meaty mushrooms, texture reminds me of chicken thigh😳, can’t get enough of them. Would order again!
