For $9, the slice is rather small. However, the goma taste is really profound and nutty. You can tell that they used a lot of black sesame. The texture of the cake is of the dense type.

The cheese tasted like the real thing! Cauliflower was also cooked until it was soft enough to break a part easily. The amount of cheese sauce was satisfying!

The smell needs getting used to. It also leaves a sticky texture after applying. If you live in a cold place, it hardens up. But a little goes a long way. And I have been using this close to a year and I am not done with it.
