It did not disappoint at all! The waffle was crispy on the outside and soft chewy mochi on the inside. Matcha Ā°1 gelato was creamy and not overly sweet. Even the sprinkle of genmai though tiny but was very fragrant!
Nicely stretchy and chewy on the inside without being challenging to chew. Love the addition of cinnamon & matcha powder on top ā really adds another dimension to the flavour profile šš #mochi #waffles
They also add homemade caramel sauce and itās super yummy eating together with the ice cream. #veganisnotscary
genmaicha. It's sooo crispy outside and yet chewy inside.... So amazing and satisfying with rich goma gelato which is a wonderful match. I can't decide which one I like better.. the original waffles or this new mochi Waffles. Guess I have to eat both. š
$11.80 for this with gelato, top up $1 for goma premium flavour. Totally worth the money and calories!
the waffles and had a chewy texture. Drizzled with maple syrup and topped with toasted rice. Choice of gelato here is their matcha gelato. Gelato was smooth and creamy.
Prefer their regular dairy free waffles to this but itās just my preference! Will definitely be back to try other things on their menu! Love their space at Craig Road!
scoop of goma ice cream. Everything became sweet towards the end. The Mochi waffle was interesting though. However, it also leaned towards the sweet side towards the end. I enjoyed the toasted rice puffs which added a different taste to the overall dish.
