Cheesy Cauliflower Bites

Remind me again @stevenneoh, why did we not get this the last time we were

here? 🤯 This was nothing short of #amazing! The #cheese, really a #cashew sauce made for such an amazing coating atop all the #cauliflower 😋 The tiny bits of almond, also ‘cheese’ per their menu, provide a nice refreshing contrast to the more complex #cashewcheese that slathered the dish 🧀 Cheese on cauliflower used to be a childhood favourite of mine that my mom would prepare, some dairy cornstarch concoction that tasted oh so amazing 💛 I’m glad to have had a #vegancheese alternative to that, a dish I haven’t had in over 10 years probably! I’ll definitely make this more 😍 Thanks Afterglow, for the amazing #birthday memory 🥰

Honestly 10/10 for me ☺️ I love cauliflower and the sauce was so good!! It

was super creamy and flavourful, paired with the cauliflower which is normally bland, it is a perfect match! 👌 very generous potion too!

I was confused by this dish. For example, when it came I couldn’t remember what

it was supposed to be! It wasn’t really Mac and cheesey, and the cauliflower was very soft. I wasn’t sure if this was overcooked or intentional... The flavor was fine but nothing memorable. For inspo on this dish I would suggest #afterglow checks out the buffalo cauliflower at #watercourse in Denver, CO, which is amazzzzing!

Really wanted to like this place, but only a few dishes lived up to my

expectations. This was one of them. Good for a weekday lunch place if u really want healthy , light food.

The light mac & cheese sauce went well with the cauliflowers. Would be great if

there was more sauce / more filling ingredients apart from cauliflower!

The cashew cheese sauce and dehydrated almond cheese was really good!

Hands down some of the best vegan dishes I have had in Singapore. From the

presentation to the taste, everything was perfect. And the price was extremely reasonable too. The menu had too many options to select from, which was amazing.
However, the sushi wasn’t that great.

doesn't really taste like cheese but still yummy anyway. savoury sauce with a strong taste

of nutritional yeast. the cauliflower was really tender as well!
