Quite high in saturated fat, not sure how it compares to regular dairy cheese, works really well in a burger, wrap, melts just like cheese. Not so tasty on its own but great as a compliment to a meal.

Higher sugar than the mango sorbet but a delicious rich chocolate and still less calories than regular premium dairy ice cream.
