Quite high in saturated fat, not sure how it compares to regular dairy cheese, works
really well in a burger, wrap, melts just like cheese. Not so tasty on its own but great as a compliment to a meal.

Tastes pretty good, very similar to the “bez deka mleka gouda slices” which is my
favorite vegan cheese.

$6.98 from Little Farms. Boyfriend is a cheese lover and he approves the taste! I’m
impressed. The cheese not as melty but it is okay! Vegan at least :) #veganisnotscary
