CSHH by PPP is known for good coffee and their decaf is no exception. My decaf soy white was very smooth, strong body, minimal acidity, chocolate notes, and a very nice microfoam (no latte art for takeaway but you can skip more

There is a Hot Dessert Set of 1 premium and 2 standard items that comes in mini bowls. Very reasonable at $5. I ordered Almond Paste, Beancurd Barley Ginkgo and Black Glutinous Rice with Coconut Cream. My favourite was the more

Everyone raving about their chendol. Credit for their handmade efforts in all the components. However, the pandan jelly was too soft and oddly salty. Red bean is good, having al dente texture. Amount and balance of fragrant more

Willie’s Cacao

Single origin 100% cacao from Sur Del Lago, Venezula. Mellow, delicate soft bitterness, non-acidic, despite being 100% cacao. Very smooth and high cacao fat. Very different from Peruvian cacao!

Marusan

Marusan my favorite soy milk, made with 11% soybeans, water, and nothing else. Very thick and rich. The high concentration of soy bean means high protein, excellent for frothing and stabilising foam in lattes. Only available more

I had the trio box with original, mint and citrus. Cupcake sponge has a nice bouncy spring but it is quite sweet. While gluten free, it contains white refine sugar. Of the 3, I preferred mint because it helped cut the sweetness. more

photo of Privé Tiong Bahru Dark Chocolate & Nuts Brownie shared by @sabnspice on 25 Oct 2020 - review

Brownie was the least favourite amongst the desserts ordered. It was the cakey type (not fudgy), dense and dry. For delivery, the ice cream is not included, only caramel sauce. Perhaps with the ice cream the brownie would more

photo of Privé Tiong Bahru Carrot Cake shared by @sabnspice on 25 Oct 2020 - review

Wow the carrot cake is an underrated underdog! I've heard that Prive's chocolate cakes were good, but so is this. The cake is perfectly spiced and moist with textured bits of carrot, chia seed and walnuts. Lovely lemony frosting as well.

Dreamy and delectable cake with aroma of hazelnuts. It had a crispy praline bottom that provided a contrast to the soft sponge and cream. Slightly on the sweeter spectrum but texture is very light and enjoyable.
