Hazelnut Praline Cake

So rich with hazelnuts and so good. Best cake I had since going vegan #crf

I already tried the hazelnut cake at Privé Tiong Bahru before and loved it. The

nice cream (coconut vanilla ice cream) is so good and creamy and taste so much like the real deal!

Wow how I missed cakes, tastes just like the hazelnut praline I used to have.

I like how the salty flavours of the base balances out the sweetness of the cake, keeps you digging for more. Also very great service by the staff who took a Polaroid for us which was presented with a birthday card with personally hand written well wishes, so sweet of them!

Not too shabby. The frosting in the middle was really good, nice and bitter which

contrasted with the cake beautifully. The ganache on top was very sad and dry looking though!

I loved this! It was thick and bittersweet, with a crunchy praline layer ❤

Also,

I honestly couldn't tell that it was vegan because it tasted so creamy and thicc ;)

The flavours are great, it’s the texture that isn’t fantastic. Some layers feel a little

dry.

The Hazelnut Praline Cake is rich abd dense. Hazelnuts are at the base of the

cake giving a nice crunch. It is like eating a Ferero Rocher in a cake.

I’m not a chocolate person - rich dark chocolate desserts are not my thing but

I just wanted to try this Hazelnut praline cake. Well, it was moist, creamy, and sweet. The crunchy bits add a great touch. Overall, this cake is too rich for me - but great if you are a #chocoholic 🍫 🤩

One of my favourite cakes from Privé! Love the hazelnuts and the luscious creaminess, makes

me wonder why other praline cakes can’t be vegan too if vegan praline cakes can be made so good (if not better than non-vegan versions)

Hazelnut vegan cake, the base is filled with nuts and served with some full hazelnut

toppings. Great stuff but too sweet. Slightly pricier compared to their other vegan cakes.
