This dish was especially delicious! Felt extremely healthy and tasty. All the ingredients were fresh and felt locally sourced. I felt great after eating this meal.
This stack of pancakes truly didn’t taste vegan in the best way possible. They were so fluffy and tasty. Some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. It had a pistachio drizzle on top with a delicious coconut cream and fresh fruit.

This pizza was quite unique but delicious. The sauce and base of this was a squash purée. The cheese was the delicious Myoko’s mozzarella. The toppings were walnuts, pumpkin seeds, mushrooms, and sweet potato chips.

This Burmese dish is to die for. The eggplant is perfectly cooked where it is a soft but not mushy. The tofu is delicious. But what ties this whole dish together is the garlic sauce with a balance of sweet and spice. This is a must try!
