Creamy Ramen

This is one of the best ramens I’ve ever had! The broth was creamy and the flavor was exquisite. The choice of vegetables with the squash, mushroom, kale, and more was so unique but it all came together wonderfully. I loved the inari in the ramen as well! This is a must try.

My favorite vegan ramen I’ve tried so far with a mildly sweet, silky soy milk broth that’s reminiscent of tonkotsu. I just wish for thinner noodles and less oil. Delicious & umami overall!
