Found the best homemade green juice recipe off of urimpact.org!! Recipe: ✅1-2 pieces of celery ✅1 Swiss chard leaf ✅1 Kale leaf ✅1 tablespoon of chia seeds ✅Squeeze 1/2 a lemon ✅ 1 tablespoon of Avocado Oil (could also use olive oil or coconut oil) ✅3-4 cups of water (depending on how thick you’d like the juice) Blend! I also love putting in herbs such as mint or cilantro. If you don’t like the earth taste of this juice, you can also add half of an apple to bring some sweetness. This is my go to FEEL GOOD juice. Whenever my body feels a little bit off or I know that I haven’t had enough vegetables, I will always whip up a quick green juice😋
